Soft drinks

Alcoholic beverages are definitely included as one type of unhealthy drinks. These kind of drinks are not recommended to be consumed for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Several studies have proven the negative effects of alcoholic beverages on your body .

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
