How are digestive problems caused in children?

Digestive problems are common in children. These troubles can lead to insufficient intake of nutrients, low immunity levels which leads to frequent infections.

Children very often get exposed to several infections; the prior correction has to be done in the nutrition and at the level of digestion. It helps the baby become healthy and strong in immunity levels.

Lack of appetite is one of the most common problems in children. Very often we hear parents complaining about their kid’s food habits. Children are very choosy with food, sometimes they eat very less, or eat only junk.

One has to understand whether the problem is with the digestive system or the appetite itself. The causes of digestive problems could be constipation, indigestion and frequent loose stools.

Low appetite is a common problem in children aged between 1.5 years to 15 years. In most children it is about what is served to eat, and in others it is the quantity of food that is eaten.

Management skills are very important for any kid to avoid fussing with the food. By making variety of interesting foods, we can give our child a choice between two types of food or veggies.

Constipation: Constipation means passing hard stools or difficulty in passing stools or may be not emptying the stomach at all in a day. Constipation can be accompanied by passing gas or flatulence, burping and odor from the breath.

The main reason for inviting such troubles are eating habits: eating less fiber and more of junk
