Vaccines have eradicated several life-threatening diseases and they protect kids from many illnesses. Being prepared before the disease strikes can help your child to be safe and protected. Immunization is one of the most important steps you can take to ensure a bright future for your child.

How Do Vaccines Work?
Vaccines work by preparing the body before the disease strikes. Each vaccine consists a dead or weakened virus or germ. When the body encounters this, it produces the germ-specific  antibodies to prepare the body to fight the infection. In the future, when the body is exposed to the actual disease, the antibodies fight the disease and prevent the illness.

Why Should You Immunize Your Child?
Here are a few reasons why you should immunize your child:

Some parents neglect immunizations on the premise that all other kids are vaccinated. However, it may turn out the few of the kids or not immunized. Some disease which are not prevalent in the US can also spread from other country. Hence, it is important for parents to get their kids vaccinated to protect their offspring and the future generations
