Adults exercise to keep fit. Visits to gym are common. Even a child needs to exercise. Gym classes at school provide them with the necessary exercises. They need to be physically active. Physical exercises, games and sports benefit their health in many ways. Even dancing is good. Parents ensure that during the summer holidays, children are active and shape up well. Physical activity is better than a sedentary life. Watching television for hours is not good for the child.
