Aerobic Exercises
The simplest and the most fun exercises for your child would be –
- Brisk Walking
- Jogging
- Swimming
- Tennis
- Cycling
- Basketball
- Football
Aerobic exercises increase your child’s heart rate that results in the increased intake of oxygen. Increased oxygen attaches with the fat cells and burns them all away. Aerobic exercises also increase your child’s metabolism that means that your kid will be burning fat even when resting.
Anaerobic Exercises
These exercises are muscle-building activities. They help convert the left over fat into muscle. Stomach crunches, push-up and pulls ups are good anaerobic exercises.
Stretches
As a rule get your child always do a few stretches before and after they finish exercise. Stretches warm up the body and help prevent injuries like ligament tears, muscle pulls and increase the body flexibility.
